Returns & Refunds

- Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct product or issue a refund as necessary.
- Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the taste or quality of our coconut water, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. While we cannot accept returns on perishable products, we may offer a refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
- General Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, if you have concerns about your order, please reach out—we value our customers and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
